Different size Dinghies, Keelboats and Catamarans. See Equipment
for more detail. All our courses are Irish Sailing Association or Royal Yachting
Association certified, see ISA Levels for more detail.

Beginners
Aiming for Level 1. You can start with a 2 day weekend course trying for your Level
1.
Aiming for Level 2. Take a 5 Day course and try for
your Level 1 and 2 in the 5 days or come for 2 or 3 weekends, firstly achieving your Level
1 and then your Level 2.
Keelboat or Dinghy?
Keelboats offer a mainly 'dry' sail. Our Jeanneau Sun 2000's are
20feet long and provide the sailor with plenty of space in the cockpit. The sailor
doesn't have to be too agile.
Dinghy sailing is more responsive and you would wear a wetsuit to sail.
We have a range of different types and sizes of dinghy, so we have one to suit your
size and ability. New boats were added to the fleet this year, to offer you even
more fun on the water. There are over 100 wetsuits of all shapes and sizes too.
Improvers
The step from Level 2 to Level 3 is a big one, so we created our Improvers
Stepping Stones to Level 3. You will sail a combination of different dinghies, the
catamaran and keelboats on this course. First we blow out the cobwebs and refresh
your skills, then start to fine tune your sailing skills, learn trapeze, spinnaker and
much more. You will experience sailing dinghies, catamarans and keelboats.
Join one of our Improvers weekends or 5 day courses and aim for Level 3 through our series
of three Improver Steps.
