A completed Booking Form must be
signed by the course attendee and must be accompanied by a minimum deposit
of €500 or full course fee, made payable to ‘West Cork Sailing and
Powerboating Centre Ltd’ (WCSPC).

Half of the course fee is due
1 July 2008 and the full balance is due 1 September 2008.

Bookings made less than 10 days prior
to commencement of the course, the fee for the whole course must be paid
in full at time of booking.

Unfortunately WCSPC is not able to take
provisional bookings without a deposit. As the number of places on he
course is limited, bookings are not confirmed and space is not reserved
until your deposit is received.

Payment can be made by cash, draft,
credit card, personal cheque or bank transfer.

WCSPC recommends you take out personal
holiday insurance, to cover you for illness and valuables for the duration
of the course. It is the responsibility of each trainee to ensure that
they have adequate insurance cover and that they are covered for sailing.

If you need to cancel your booking,
cancellation must be in writing. It becomes effective from the date of
receipt by WCSPC.

If you cancel more than 2 months prior
to the date of commencement of the course there is a cancellation charge
of €100. If you cancel less than 2 months prior to the date of
commencement of the course there is a cancellation charge of €500. If you
cancel less than 1 month prior to the commencement of the course half the
course fee is charged.

Trainees must be physically fit and
able to take part in the chosen activity and be water confident. Bookings
are accepted on the basis that all declarations made on the booking form
in respect of sailing experience and health are true and accurate.

All sporting activities carry an
element of risk of personal injury and attendees should accept the risks
associated with the activity of their choice. Trainees must comply with
all safety regulations stipulated by WCSPC.duration.

WCSPC provides insurance relating to
third parties. Personal insurance against injury, accident or loss whilst
on a course is the responsibility of the trainee. No responsibility is
accepted by WCSPC, its proprietors or instructors, for any injury,
accident, damage or loss to a trainee’s person however caused.

Sailing is a weather dependent sport.
WCSPC cannot be responsible for sailing time lost due to inclement
weather.

WCSPC reserves the right to provide
sailing craft other than those specified in the brochure.

Course availability is subject to
sufficient operation levels. Any booking affected by operation levels will
be offered an alternative date, an alternative course or a full refund.

The course timetable may be subject to
change, due to weather, trainee progress and availability.
Trainees must be aware that this is an intensive training programme, which
requires dedication and commitment throughout its duration.
