We have a variety of activities suitable for small and large groups.  All are set in the beautiful and sheltered Adrigole Harbour, surrounded by the stunning Caha Mountains.  Our purpose built training centre is directly on the waters edge, with teak balcony for relaxed BBQ’s, comfortable dining room and lecture room all overlooking the spectacular harbour.

Choose from one of the following activities, combine them in a multi activity day or allow your group to choose the activities that suit them best and each member of the group can enjoy a day brilliant fun and teamwork.

Celtic Treasure Hunt

2000 years ago your ancestors gave gifts of treasure to the gods to apese them. Your Clan and a a rival Clan have now found the clues to give you the location of that treasure. You must follow a trail of clues by kayak and find the treasure before your rival Clan, collecting essential provisions for survival and make peace with the gods along the way.

Sail on a luxury yacht past ship wrecks & lighthouses. 

Sailing is a natural team builder.  The need to trust, communicate & participate as a team is vital for the crew to achieve their goal of winning against their competition.

At West Cork Sailing & Powerboating we have a large fleet of different types of boats from luxury yacht, to comfortable keelboats to small lively dinghies.  So every ability can be catered for.

Yacht - enjoy crewing a luxury yacht out into Bantry Bay, take the helm, pull the ropes and feel the power of this wonderful yacht as you cruise pas Roancarrig LIghthouse and out around Bere Island.
Keelboats - Split into teams / groups and take off in our fleet of keelboats with a skipper to teach you to helm and crew, as each keelboat competes against eachother. This is a great 1/2 day or full day action packed activity that creates a sense of team work, competetiveness and fun
Dinghies - Get wet, get fit and enjoy an exhierationg day of flying arund the harbour in your own dinghy. Full clothing, tuition and safety cover is provided.

Archaeological Discovery Treasure Trail on Foot  

Follow a local historic trail with clues to find treasure and discover the numerous archaeological sites & rare flora, along the boreens and peat bogs of Adrigole.

Teams are set off in opposite directions to follow the trail, collect their treasure and answer clues.  Each team is racing against an unknown clock as the other team is heading towards you, so you need to keep on your toes.

Brain Challenge

A variety of fun games and activities on land or water, carefully designed to encourage teams to utilise their strengths and recognise weaknesses.

RIB Raiding

Heart thumping rides out into Bantry Bay in a 6.5m Military Spec RIB with 1.7 turbo diesel engine.

At the end of the day ...

At the end of your days activities come in off the water to the a delicious BBQ and relax on our teak balcony with a glass of wine and watch the sun set behind the mountains.
