DIRECTIONS FROM CORK TO ADRIGOLE - approx 1.30hrs

If travelling from Dublin, take the Jack Lynch Tunnel in East Cork and follow the South Link Road.
If travelling from Cork Ferry terminal, follow signs to Airport, which will bring you along South Link Road.
If travelling from Cork Airport, turn left out of airport down hill to South Link Road.

These directions start at Kinsale Road Roundabout, which is now a flyover, on South Link Road.  This is the roundabout at the bottom of airport hill, it is the exit for Kinsale and you will see a large Smyths toy shop on the right just as you go over it.

Press your milometer to make is "0" (I know this should be in km's, but your milometer is miles, so we will stick with them for now!!  Those of you with km's, the landmarks should help you.

Miles are accumulative.

"0 miles"         Take N25 West (N22), over roundabouts, along new road and out into country.
"15.3 miles"    Just after Horans Bar on right. Turn left onto R585 to Crookstown.
"16.7 miles-"    In front of Cliffords Bar.  Turn left following signs to Beal na Blath.
"18.9 miles"    Road bears round to right at petrol station (you'll get a livelly fresh sanni here).
"28.3 miles"    Road bears round to left at Kilmichael.
"29.2 miles"    Turn right at sign to Castletownbere (no land mark here, just a bungalow).
"44.3 miles"-1hr    Drive through village of Kealkil.  Turn left T-Junction (small grocery store over road on right).
"45.9 miles"    Drive over Pearsons Bridge.
"47.3 miles"    Turn right at T-Junction, onto N71 heading West.   Ouvan Falls pub on left.  Sea now on left.
"54.6 miles"    After driving through Glengarriff Village, Turn left on R572 at sign to Castletownbere.
"62.2 miles"    Drive past Sugar Loaf Pub, Adrigole.
"64.7 miles"-1hr30min    After Adrigole GAA Football pitch, turn left at sign for WCSPC, towards water.

West Cork Sailing Centre is found by the pier and slipway, at the end of this beautiful lane. 

DIRECTIONS FROM KILLARNEY TO ADRIGOLE - approx 1.30hrs

Take the Killarney - Cork Road.
About 15mins out of Killarney, turn right at sign for Kilgarvin & Kenmare.
Turn left in Kenmare and over river.  Follow signs to Glengarriff.
At Blue Loo Pub in Glengarriff press your milometer to make it "0"

"0 miles"       Turn right on R572 at sign to Castletownbere.
"7.6 miles"    Drive past Sugar Loaf Pub, Adrigole.
"10.1 miles" After Adrigole GAA Football pitch, turn left at sign for WCSPC, towards water.

West Cork Sailing Centre is found by the pier and slipway, at the end of this beautiful lane.
