A wonderfully restored traditional farmhouse up a country lane in Adrigole and with views of Bantry Bay. Surrounded in working farmland and rugged mountains. This place is idyllic.

It is a three bedroom house (one ensuite) restored in 2005 and the finishing touches put in 2006.

Accommodation:

2 double bedrooms, 1 single bedroom - all en-suite.

Main Double Bedroom has full bath and shower, portable T.V., Hairdryer & beautiful views of Bantry Bay. Other Double Bedroom shares en-suite with single room via interconnecting doors.

Sitting room has teak stable door, large screen TV, 3 pce suite

Downstairs toilet

Utility room with storage press, washing machine, tumble dryer

Kitchen/Dinner - Pine units, electric fan oven, gas hob, fridge & freezer, dishwasher, microwave, george foreman grill, sandwich toaster. Oak Dining Table and Chairs, babys highchair, oak 3 seater couch, stanley solid fuel stove (set in beautiful stone fireplace) 21 in TV, tiled foors.

Outdoor seating in patio area.

Well equipped for children with a collection of books & toys incuding plastation 1, board games, playing cards, basketball, slide & family swing outdoors.

This house is so well equiped it is a real home from - every detail has been thought of. You won't want to leave.
