Summer Bay Farmhouse is a recently revovated and fuly modernised farm hosue with panoramic views and magnificent sights to the south, overlooking Bantry Bay and Adrigole Harbour.

The house comprises of two double and two twin bedrooms.  The master bedroom has en-suite facility with pwer shower.  The house retains the charm of the original farmhouse with beamed ceilings and a stone open fireplace.  Whilst now boasting all the modern conveniences.

The large fully fitted kitchen is open plan with lounge overlooking Bnatry Bay and also a separate cosy sitting room.

5 minutes walking distance to the sea.

Glengarriff village is a 10 minute drive and hosts many fine restaurants and Castletownbere, a large fishing port, a 20 minute drive for restaurants and pubs for a good nght out.

Local activities include hill walking, golfing and of course West Cork Sailing Centre for sailing, kayaking and powerboating.
